pu-erh tea blends

The legendary Pu-Erh tea (also called "red tea") comes from the Chinese province of Yunnan. After production, these teas are traditionally buried in the soil to develop the desired taste. For Pu-Erh, the same applies as for high-quality wine: the older, the better.

Characteristic features are the spicy-earthy, slightly sweetish flavour with a very intensive, rather pungent smell and the reddish coloured infusion.
