The combination of quality aspiration, intensive and longstanding business contacts, extensive know-how and the sensitivity with respect to handling the raw materials ensures a continuous and excellent quality of teas.
Our suppliers, both as importer and producer, ensure that all products they buy are permanently subject to strict quality requirements in terms of identity, pureness, and content controls according to the corresponding regulations and specification of the product. Raw materials are only of highest quality. The teas undergo continuous quality controls to ensure that their freshness and quality are not impaired: immediately after harvest, at the time of shipment, and once again when it reaches the warehouse. The teas are refined exclusively at the processing facilities in Germany. When refining the teas with flavours and other ingredients, the focus is not only on the best qualities, but also on the respective performance standard and food safety.

FLAVOURING
Our flavoured tea blends contain only flavours that are in accordance with the current EC and international directives and guidelines. Extensive and strict quality controls result in consistent and high quality products ensuring flavours that are generally suitable for human consumption.
Natural Flavours
Are won from natural, vegetable or animal raw materials such as fruits, spices, herbs or roasted coffee. They may only be produced using physical, enzymatic or microbiological processes; for example squeezing, distilling, warming, filtering, grinding, blending, fermenting or crushing.
FTNF
Natural FTNF (From The Named Fruit) flavours are extracted by a physical process, without chemical use, and from the named fruit of origin.
