Free standard shipping on orders over $120 within Canada.

$12 Flat rate on orders over $100 within Canada.

Note: All Prices are in Canadian dollars.

All orders are shipped from Fall River, Nova Scotia through Canada Post or UPS.

Order Processing Timelines

Once your order has been place, please allow 1 - 3 business days for your order to be processed, unless you are local.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time we only ship within Canada and the United States

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Roth's tea is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGES

Roth's tea is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Roth's Tea is not responsible for parcels where the wrong address was inputted during checkout so please review all orders carefully.
