You must see and enjoy this heavenly tea. A light blend from high-quality green tea provides a fantastic, flowery basis which is unique in its appearance. The flavours of passion fruit, pineapple, and strawberry form a perfect symbiosis with the base and find an ideal completion in the added fruit pieces and blossoms.
Ingredients
green tea Sencha, Lung Ching, white tea Pai Mu Tan, papaya cubes (papaya, sugar), pineapple cubes (pineapple, sugar), flavouring, rose petals, freeze-dried strawberry pieces
Instructions
2-3 minutes
176-194 °F / 80-90 °C
1 tsp / 6 oz serving
This blend can be infused multiple times.
Iced Tea Recipe - ANGEL'S KISS
INGREDIENTS:
- 6-7 level tsp. green/white tea blend "Fruit Bowl"
- 2-3 passion fruits
- 2 cinnamon rods
- cardamom powder
- fresh mint
- 200 ml passion fruit nectar
- ice cubes
Brew the green/white tea blend “Fruit Bowl” with 1 litre of water at 75-80 °C and let it steep for approx. 3 minutes. Pour the tea into a pitcher filled with ice and leave to cool completely. Scrape out the pulp of the passion fruits and add it to the tea. Add the passion fruit nectar, the cinnamon rods and the cardamom powder and stir. Garnish with fresh mint.

Prepare the ice tea as described above and fill up with your favourite prosecco or sprakling wine.
