FLAVOURED GREEN TEA BLEND
Description
The Japanese Sakura cherry is known to be very noble indeed. The scent combines fruity sweetness with light creamy notes. Enriched with a delicious cherry flavour, one of the true classics among the flavoured green teas was born. Our excellent basis is abundantly decorated with rose petals. The bouquet of this classic takes us away to this far away country and invites us to dream. This is a must for every standard green tea assortment.

176-194 °F / 80-90 °C
1 tsp / 6 oz serving
Like all green teas, the leaves can be brewed several times – to your personal liking.
Iced Tea Recipe - LEMONADE
INGREDIENTS:
- 8-9 level tsp. green tea "Sencha Sakura"
- 1 organic lemon
- 1 handful thyme
- 1 litre mineral water
- 3 tsp. cane sugar
- crush ice or ice cubes
Brew the green tea with the cane sugar in 1 litre of approx. 80 °C water and let steep for 2-3 minutes. Fill ice cubes into a large pitcher and pour in the tea. Wait until it is completely cooled down. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the tea. Pour in the mineral water and decorate with thyme and some lemon zest. A perfectly refreshing summer drink.
Extra Tip: COCKTAIL
After Sunset: Prepare the tea as described above and add 20 ml Gin.
