You must see and enjoy this heavenly tea. A light blend from high-quality green tea provides a fantastic, flowery basis which is unique in its appearance. The flavours of passion fruit, pineapple, and strawberry form a perfect symbiosis with the base and find an ideal completion in the added fruit pieces and blossoms.
This blend can be infused multiple times.
Brew the green/white tea blend “Fruit Bowl” with 1 litre of water at 75-80 °C and let it steep for approx. 3 minutes. Pour the tea into a pitcher filled with ice and leave to cool completely. Scrape out the pulp of the passion fruits and add it to the tea. Add the passion fruit nectar, the cinnamon rods and the cardamom powder and stir. Garnish with fresh mint.
