It is a pity that this well-known recipe with heated and crystallized sugar, fresh eggs and a hint of real vanilla has been forgotten. Our tea creation comes up to the highest expectations with its tempting creamy caramel pieces and the sweet, full caramel flavour with an unforgettable vanilla note on a basis of fine China and Ceylon teas. After the first sip, you will not want to go without this exciting taste.

Ingredients

black tea, flavouring, cream-caramel pieces (sweetened condensed skimmed milk, sugar, glucose syrup, butter fat, wetting agent: sorbitol, emulsifying agent: mono- and diglyceride of edible fatty acids)

 203-212 °F / 95-100 °C    

 1 tsp / 6 oz serving
