Ingredients 

cinnamon pieces, liquorice root, ginger pieces, fennel, orange peel, whole cardamom.
Contains liquorice root - in case of high blood pressure, excessive consumption of this product should be avoided.

 1-2 tsp / 6 oz serving

Important: Always brew with boiling water and let infuse for 5-10 minutes in order to obtain a safe beverage!
